Enrollment Process

Enrollment Process for Forest Fridays

The school year begins in September and ends in May.  We have a Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break scheduled.  We have three 10 week sessions to choose from or you can sign up for the entire school year.  Refunds are not provided for sessions that have already started. Please see our withdrawal policy in the Family Handbook for more information.

Steps for Enrollment

1. Review the website and contact us if you have any additional questions: learnskillsforsuccess@gmail.com or 801-668-9117.

2. CLICK HERE to register for Forest Fridays.  Follow the registration form instructions and send your non-refundable registration fee to Cache Valley Forest School to secure your child's spot. (Your child's spot is not secure until your registration fee has been received.)

3. Fill in the form individually for each of your children.

4. After your enrollment form and registration fee have been received, you will be sent a welcome email with detailed information within 5 business days.  

5. Tuition due dates will be listed on the registration forms and an invoice will be sent to you through email.(Homeschool programs like Harmony Ed or MyTech can pay us directly or you can choose to be reimbursed.)

6. After paying your tuition, you will receive confirmation of payment within 3 business days. 

7. Our director will schedule a 5-10 minute check-in call during the month of October.  This allows us to openly communicate with you about what is going well, how we can improve, and what we can do to optimize your child's experiences in our program.

Enrollment Process Speciality Classes & Camps

Specialty classes will take place throughout the school year as indicated on our calendar.  These classes are a great way to "try out" Cache Valley Forest School and see if we are a good fit for you.  They are also great for students already enrolled in the program and offer the opportunity to go deeper into specific skills.  Summer camps will also be offered as indicated by our calendar throughout the summer months.

3. Select the class or camp of your choice on the Enroll Now page.  Follow the registration form instructions and send your non-refundable registration fee, supply fee, and class/camp tuition to Cache Valley Forest School to secure your child's spot. 

4. After your enrollment form and class/camp fees have been received, you will be sent a welcome email with detailed information within 3 business days.
